Reflect, Restore, Renew Retreats - New Video

May 27, 2021

Jenni and Nicki Whitworth host Retreats at St Katharine's Parmoor in Buckinghamshire. They run a range of day and weekend group retreats and people come from all over the country.

The groups are for people going through times of change, bereavement and other forms of loss. They use mindfulness, creative activities and country walks to build a therapeutic, supportive and relaxed setting.

In this video, bereaved mother Eleanor Wroath shared her experience of her daughter Miranda's sudden unexplained death at the Death of a Child retreat.

Recently bereaved mums and dads were able to learn from each other and share their own experiences.

Each of the groups has a different theme.
